How Many Sprays can I take?
All of our doses are up to 7 sprays. However, DREAMit and CHARGEit may not require all 7 to work for you. Try out 1, 2 or 5 up to 7 to figure out how to Spray it Solve it and Make the Day go your way.
Where do I spray it?
For best results use up to 7 sprays under your tongue. Hold liquid under tongue for 10 seconds and then swallow.

Can I give this to my 2 year old?
No, children under 4 should only take supplement products specifically designed for their age group.
How much is 1 dose?
1 dose is 7 sprays approx. 1mL of liquid
How many doses are in a bottle?
There is a minimum of 25 doses per bottle, however, your dose may be different. If you only need 3 sprays to sleep or 4 for energy your will get more than 25 doses out of a bottle.
What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your product return it within 30 days and get a complete refund. Shipping on Defective Product Paid by Benesprays. Refund will be processed via original payment method 7-10 days from receipt of returned product.
